Behind the intersection with ul. Beautiful after the east. Ujazdowski Park stretches on the street side, with an area of approx. 5 ha, laid out at the end of the 19th century. by Franciszek Szanior. The park has varied vegetation, pond, an artificial stream and stacked boulders. There are two interesting sculptures in it: Gladiator – by Pius Weloński with 1892 r., and Eve – chisel by Edward Wittig with 1911 r. There are also two monuments: one in the form of a stone, unveiled in 1930 r., commemorating Stanisław Jachowicz – a poet and fairy tale writer who works mainly for children, second z 1939 r. (here from 1985 r.) in honor of Ignacy Jan Paderewski – policy, composer and musician.

XX w. (under no. 19 i 17), Wielopolski Palace (no 15) – built in the years 1875-76 wg proj. Józef Huss (currently the British Embassy) and the Sobański palace (no 13) erected in 1876 r. wg proj. Leandra Marconiego. In the garden in front of the Sobański Palace, there is a 19th-century copy of the famous Donatello sculpture – David. The crossroads and the two-level intersection with Trasa Łazienkowska are called Na Rozdrożu Square. From the West. square fountain and little square. Behind Na Rozdrożu Square on the left, between Trasa Łazienkowska and ul. Agrikola, there is the Kisielewski square.
Ujazdowski Castle is located near the Vistula embankment. It was erected near the place of the wooden stronghold of the Dukes of Mazovia, mentioned in the 13th century. Originally there was a hunting castle here, built in the 15th century. Another castle was built in 1 half. XVl!w. at the expense of King Sigismund III Vasa, probably according to the design. M. Castelli. The castle had the form of a two-story building on a square plan with 4 corner towers and an inner courtyard. W 2 half. 17th century. there was a mint in the castle. From 1683 r. property of Stanisław Herakliusz Lubomirski. Then the interiors and surroundings of the castle were redesigned by Tylman van Gameren. After 1766 r. there was another reconstruction – for the royal residence of Stanisław August Poniatowski. At that time, architects were involved: Jakub Fonatana, Efraim Schroeger i Dominik Merlini. At the end of the 18th century. the castle was transformed into military barracks (wg proj. Stanisław Zawadzki). From 1810 r. there was a hospital here. Castle, partially ruined during World War II 1954 r. was demolished. In years 1975-81 reconstructed for the Center for Contemporary Art. On the right, Al. Ujazdowskie, there is a complex of buildings built in the early. XX w. wg proj. Wiktor Junosza Piotrowski and Henryk Julian Gay, and after the war damage rebuilt according to the design. Stanisław Odyniec-Dobrowolski, currently used by the Office of the Council of Ministers and the General Headquarters of Fire Brigades.
