Behind the intersection with ul. Karowa is located in 1977 r. wg proj. Anna Kamieńska-Łapińska and arch. Zygmunt Jasionowski monument to Bolesław Prus – a writer closely associated with Warsaw, author, among others. "Dolls", "Emancipants" and printed in "Kurier Warszawski", approx. 1000 "Weekly Chronicles".
After the rest. side of the Royal Route (under no. 11) is built in the 1930s. wg proj. Stefan Bryła and Czesław Przybylski "House without edges" (common name probably related to the lack of rectangular corners – edges), also known as "The House under the Arcades".
In front of ul. Królewska, there is a monastery complex of the. business cards (under no. 34). Law ss. visiting card was brought in 1654 r. from France by Ludwika Maria Gonzaga – the wife of King Jan Kazimierz. The brick church of. of the care of St. Joseph built between 1725-56 probably according to the design. Józef Fontana. It is a baroque building, three-nave in the basilica layout with side naves in the form of interconnected chapels and a separate one, the chancel, which is closed in a straight line. Impressive from the front, three-story facade decorated with Rococo sculptures by J.. J. Plerscha. The interior is decorated with rococo stucco. Inside, the main altar with figures made by J.. J. Plerscha, the painting "The Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary" by Tadeusz Kuntze-Konicz, and the ebony tabernacle made in 1654 r. probably in France, a rococo pulpit in the shape of the Peter's boat (work of J. J. Plerscha), monuments: Kazimierz Brodziński (by Władysław Oleszczyński) with 1862 r. and Tadeusz Czacki (by Oskar Sosnowski) with 1861 r "a plaque commemorating Jędrzej Śniadecki with a relief portrait made by Pius Weloński (1898 r.), marble epitaphs with bronze busts of Henryk Marconi and Bolesław Czaszyński (works by Bolesław Syrewicz z 1884 r.), Julian Bartoszewicz (by Andrzej Pruszynski with 1871 r.). That is why such a rich interior of the church has been preserved, that the church, as one of the few monuments in Warsaw, was not seriously damaged.
On the square in front of the church, there is an unveiled St. 1987 r. statue of Primate Stefan Wyszyński – made according to project. Andrzej Renes.
