ZUROMINK
Village. Mentioned in 1247 r. as the property of the Płock cathedral.
W 1497 r. donated by the Bishop of Płock, Piotr of Chodków, to the Chapter of Płock, which it was owned by 1795 r. From 1578 r. the name Żuromin Kapitulny was used.
Parish Church. pw. st. Stanislaus the Bishop, wood, erected in 1754 r., carcass construction, decoratively boarded with lining. Plastered inside. Three-nave, with extracted, chancel closed on three sides. There is an eight-side ridge on the ridge, openwork, covered with an onion helmet. Inside 2 Rococo side altars of 1754 r. In the right, an image of the Virgin Mary from the 19th century enjoying local cult.
Old linden trees grow by the church. Near the church there is a monument 24 villagers – World War II victims.
At the cemetery of parish. the grave of Polish soldiers from 20 DP of the fallen 4 September 1939 r. and the grave of Lt.. Antoni Załęski "Torfa" murdered by the Nazis in Ciechanów 13 house 1943 r.
Antoni Załęski was born in Żurominek in 1911 r. Being a political activist, member of the Union of Rural Youth "Wici", and during World War II, the organizer and commander of the "Wkra" Peasant Battalions.
